Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the repair operation team to achieve and exceed defined quality cost delivery and safety targets while continuously elevating team competency against industry benchmarks.
- Drive the in China for China and in China for global long-term strategic initiatives e.g. tube coils bondedrepair or other related programs to continuously amplify the impact on core business objectives.
- Partner with crossfunctional leaders to originate prioritize and champion continuousimprovement repair operation initiatives ensuring rapid implementation and measurable impact.
- Rationalize system recovery supply with better visibility ensure premium product harvest program effective execution.
- Own the endtoend repair valuecreation process driving efficiency gains standardizing repair procedures and accelerating resolution of Define monitor and report key performance indicatorsincluding labor hour utilization inventory accuracy capacity and customercomplaint trendsto inform strategic decisions.
- Design and execute comprehensive training and talentdevelopment plans fostering a highperforming workforce and sustaining LEAN repair practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering Operations Management or a related field.
- 10years of related working experience leading repair operations with a proven record of surpassing quality cost delivery and safety targets.
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma or other continuousimprovement methodologies
- Excellent projectmanagement skills capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives and delivering rapid resultsoriented outcomes.
- Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to champion continuousimprovement culture across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Leadership and talentdevelopment capabilities.
