Job Summary
Job Description
Under general supervision applies skills and knowledge to determine degree of conformance of materials equipment and installation of materials and equipment asper Client specifications. Performs inspection of various project activities; generates reports of conditions found during inspection activities; Notifies management of significant problems; Completes documentation to attest to satisfactory completion of Vendor inspection or test activities. Responsible for maintaining a strong collaborative partnership with cross-functional team members that facilitates organizational success by safety and meeting business needs .Ensuring all the inspection activities are in compliance with company SAIC SATIP IMS SAC and relevant ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the Quality Control plans and documents as per companys expectation are implemented and followed; Implementation of the quality system throughout the organization in accordance with ISO 9001 & 17025.
- Plan and perform periodic internal audits (Process and Technical) to assess the status of deployment of system to formulate corrective and preventive action for any non-conforming aspects and to conduct follow-ups assessments on the resolution of these non-conformities.
- To plan and perform regular internal audits of laboratory procedures including tests inspection activities internal calibration and all other aspects of the quality system as and when required.
- Prepare and maintain the list of approved supplier/sub-contractor after conducting supplier/sub-contractor evaluation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:Diploma degree in Engineering.
Experience:35 years in a similar role. (experience in Mechanical/API/NDT Environment preferred)
Certifications: AWS/CSWIP BGAS/NACE API - 510 570 and 653.
