Job Summary
Days- M -F 8-hour shifts Full-time COTA for SNF - Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist - Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients - Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients needs and goals - Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients motor skills coordination and functional abilities - Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices - Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Shift: Days- M -F 8-hour shifts
