Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab will provide skilled nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. This role involves circulating scrubbing and recording during procedures as well as pre- and post-operative care for patients with acute myocardial infarction and other interventional needs. The position requires floating to other facilities and taking call.

Location:Edmonds Washington United States
Responsibilities:
- Circulate scrub and record during cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing interventional procedures.
- Administer procedural sedation.
- Administer blood and blood products.
- Perform cardioversion and defibrillation.
- Perform sheath removal.
- Manage PICC/Central lines.
- Access and care for Port-A-Caths/vascular devices.
- Manage triple lumen catheters.
- Assist with biopsies (GI/GU/Renal Peripheral Vascular).
- Monitor and manage patients with Acute MI Interventional Pre/Post;Procedural.
- Float to other facilities as needed.
- Take call as required.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- ACLS certification.
- BCLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
- Active Registered Nurse license.

- Active compact license.

Special Considerations:
- Must be open to floating to other facilities.
- Call is required.
- Previous employees of affiliated facilities must be separated for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.

- Likely will have a Tuesday or Wednesday off depending on scheduling.
