Job Summary

QA – SME level Hyderabad
Educational Qualifications : Bachelor/ Masters Degree from a recognized university
Experience :
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in quality management background managing international
portfolios in customer support. Preferably in Google digital marketing space
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing quality management systems.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Experience with client facing reporting
Project Management Experience
Certifications in quality management or digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Quality Leadership:
Establish and maintain a robust quality management system (QMS) that encompasses all digital
marketing service lines (SEO SEM social media content etc.).
Provide guidance and direction to the quality team fostering a culture of quality and continuous
improvement.
Quality Assurance and Control:
Oversee the design and implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes
procedures and standards.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate the quality of
digital marketing services.
Lead the development and execution of quality audits inspections and reviews.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices client requirements and relevant regulations.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead mentor and develop a team of quality managers and analysts.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality standards methodologies and tools.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding quality-related matters.
Collaborate with client relationship managers to ensure client satisfaction and address quality
concerns.
Present quality reports and performance data to clients and internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement and Innovation:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency effectiveness and client
satisfaction.
Identify and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and
Kaizen.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company's quality
practices remain cutting-edge.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and client requirements.
Manage the document control process insuring all information is up to date and easily accessible
