Position - : Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant
Experience Required: 3–4 years (Pure AP background mandatory)
Industry Preference: Manufacturing
CTC: 6 – 7 LPA

*Job Summary*
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant with strong hands-on exposure in end-to-end AP processes. The ideal candidate should have worked predominantly in an AP role preferably within the manufacturing industry and possess good communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations
• Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined TAT
• Perform 3-way matching (PO GRN Invoice)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Process payment runs (NEFT / RTGS / Cheque)
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
• Coordinate with procurement stores and finance teams
• Support month-end closing activities related to AP
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST TDS related to AP)
• Monitor aging reports and control overdue payables
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / other ERP)

Required Skills & Competencies
• Minimum 3–4 years of exclusive AP experience
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes
• Experience in Manufacturing industry preferred
• Knowledge of GST TDS and vendor taxation
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Educational Qualification
• / / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Professional certifications will be an added advantage
