Job Summary

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning scheduling budgeting and execution.
Develop and monitor detailed project timelines milestones and resource allocation plans.
Oversee site operations ensuring adherence to safety protocols quality standards and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with design teams contractors vendors and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage project budgets track expenditures and implement cost-control measures to maintain financial targets.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews; report on performance metrics and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with local state and national construction codes including those enforced by the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) and other statutory authorities.
Resolve on-site issues promptly including technical challenges delays and contractual disputes.
Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports change orders and as-built drawings.
Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders government agencies and community representatives.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field; professional certification (e.g. PMP CMA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
510 years of progressive experience in construction project management with a focus on industrial infrastructure or large-scale commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies materials equipment and building codes applicable to the Indian context.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera P6 Procore) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and budget constraints.
Valid safety certifications (e.g. OSHA NEBOSH or equivalent) and experience in implementing site safety programs.
Ability to work independently make data-driven decisions and thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
