About the RoleWere looking for a Business Intelligence Intern to support the transition from Stratum to Power BI by developing designing and maintaining dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making. This internship provides hands-on project-based experience working with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs build intuitive visualizations and support user adoption through training and Youll Do:Develop design and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to support the transition from StratumPartner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and how users interact with reportsRecreate existing Stratum reports and use cases within Power BISupport ad hoc reporting and data analysis as neededAnalyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability of reportsAssist with rollout and adoption of new reports by creating training materials and supporting user trainingHelp streamline reporting processes by enabling real-time centralized access to dataWhat Were Looking For:Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Information Systems Data Analytics Computer Science or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsInterest in data visualization reporting and business intelligenceFamiliarity with Power BI SQL or similar reporting tools is a plusAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working with data and collaborating across teamsOrganizational ValuesSafety Teamwork Customer Focus Ownership Initiative CreativityAt Hoffmaster our Organizational Values and strong sense of Integrity guide how we work and engage with each other every day.
