About the Role

Were looking for a reliable organized high school student to join our team as a Part-Time Office Assistant. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world work experience in an office environment while building skills in organization customer service and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Scan and organize documents
  • File paperwork accurately
  • Assist with light cashier duties
  • Support general office tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in high school
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable punctual and able to follow instructions
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs (training provided)
  • Friendly and professional attitude

Hours

  • Weekdays after school
  • Saturdays (flexible scheduling available)
