What Youll Do:
- Follow up with inbound leads & make outbound calls
- Qualify prospects & book appointments for agents
- Keep notes organized in our CRM
- Hit daily & weekly goals (calls contacts appointments)
- Build rapport handle objections and keep leads moving
- Proven experience in sales customer service or call center environment (is preferred but not required)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear confident phone presence
- Strong ability to build rapport handle objections and close for appointments
- Highly organized and detail-orientedable to track follow-ups and update CRM consistently
- Driven by goals and metrics with a no excuses mindset
- Comfortable making 50100 outbound calls per day
- Fast learner coachable and open to feedback
