Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Originate and deliver high-quality visuals across print digital and social platforms.

  • Collaborate with the Runners World team and other Enthusiast Group brands to create compelling images that further editorial and brand goals.

  • Work closely with design editorial training and product-testing teams to develop a cohesive visual identity.

  • Edit tag and upload photographic content for use across multiple channels.

  • Maintain and organize an image archive for both print and digital assets.

  • Travel occasionally to cover races events and photoshoots.

Qualifications (What Were Looking For)

  • 2 years of professional experience in photography for media editorial or brand content.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates technical skill creativity and strong visual storytelling.

  • Proficiency with off-camera lighting Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Lightroom) and standard photography equipment.

  • Detail-oriented organized and comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work independently.

  • Hybrid role based in Easton PA with an on-site requirement of 4 days per week.

The base salary for this role is between $62310 - $65000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors such as: transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
