Sr. Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to join the Corporate Marketing Operations team. Marketing technology and systems are a criticalcomponentof modern marketing teams andwerelooking for someone who is systems and process oriented and is eager to learn and closely with the global marketing team tocreate targetsand execute marketing campaigns while alsoidentifyinggrowth opportunities and providing transparency into campaign results. You should enjoy working in systems collaborating with peers andbehighly organized andresults oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to create targets quarterly/yearlyacross all regions
• Become a Marketing funnel expert and report weekly on global Marketing performanceto Marketing leadership
• Track leading indicators of engagement and sales developmentidentifygaps and be able to solve them
• Clean andoptimizelarge data sets to ensure accuracy for the business
• Analyze business questions and make recommendations on how to improve performance and maximize KPIs
• Remove manualprocesses toreduce operational debt and improve efficiency and productivity
• Help to manage aspects of our marketing technology stack includingEloqua as well as our campaign attribution ABM scoring routing tools and more
• Construct andoptimizemarketing campaigns and workflows to ensure we areoperatingat peak efficiency with crisp and flawless execution
• Evaluatenew technologiesto improve andoptimizemarketing and sales performance
• Contributeinthe development management and analysis of Marketing KPIs standardized operational reports and dashboards to provide visibility into the business lead-to-sales conversion rates campaignROIand trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 5years experiencein marketing operations
• Experience working with data and analyticsincluding:identifying and correcting data quality issues working with developers and architects to define data needs performing detailed analysis inTableauor similar tools
• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms like Eloqua Marketo Adobe Campaign Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with CRM systems:Salesforce MS Dynamics Oracle Siebel
• Excellent communicator highly organized and able to communicate to technical and non-technical audience
• Experience working with multiple systems APIknowledgeand data warehouse integration a plus
• Highly driven innovative problem solver and team player ready to excel in a fast paced data driven marketing team
• First-rate project management teamwork interpersonal and relationship management skills; comfort interacting at all levels of the organization
• An analytical mind and an eye for detail so nothing falls through the cracks andinsightsand understanding are freely shared.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market job type and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $107000 - $160000 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidates subject knowledge skill level qualifications experience and geographic location.
