Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with a Second Shift Scheduling Specialist. All characteristics for this role will include but are not limited to the following:

Primary Responsibilities:

- Utilize our custom Salesforce platform to find customer information and document customer notes.

- Ensure the highest level of quality customer service especially when dealing with upset customers.

- Schedule order verification appointments with the customer and/or Design Consultants and assign a technician from their respective territory.

- Coordinate travel logistics around territories including Indiana Ohio and Tennessee.

- Lead conversations with customers design consultants and order verification specialists.

Qualifications:

- Intermediate to advanced computer typing and phone skills for long periods of time (8 hours or more) (required)

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills (required)

- Ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced environment (required)

- Excellent verbal written and communication skills (required)

- Previous scheduling and installation or home improvement

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to follow up

- Sense of urgency in identifying quick resolution to issues presented

- Flexibility and ability to adapt well in a changing and challenging environment

Compensation and Benefits:

- $21/hour

Schedule:

- Onsite in our Indianapolis office

- Schedule: Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 9pm

- 40 hours a week
