Were looking for a Sr. Manager Sales to lead our growing Central Region (DACH France and Benelux) in EMEA! As a Sales Leader at Vimeo you will lead a London based team of Account Executives and Account Managers focused on selling into and growing our enterprise accounts.
As a Sr. Manager you should have strong interpersonal skills a desire to help customers achieve their business goals and a strong ability to find and develop talent. If you are highly driven passionate and have relevant SaaS knowledge wed love to hear from you.
Youll manage a diverse sales team of experienced professionals and maintain your sales and technical expertise to engage directly with prospects and work cross-functionally. Youll drive operational efficiencies across the sales organization to ensure we build a best-in-class team that scales.
What youll do:
- Recruit hire train develop and retain a high performing team
- Coach and motivate your teams to become top achievers and future leaders
- Exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets by effectively managing the sales team
- Work directly with leading brands and companies to help them solve their online video needs
- Maintain CRM data and pipeline within
- Develop best practices for customer attraction from ideal customer target identification personalized prospecting through to the closing process
- Understand customer and market trends
- Develop share and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all key competitors
- Continue to develop your professional skills mentor others and seek mentorship
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- 7 years of experience working in a Enterprise Saas sales
- 5 years of experience managing sales teams
- MEDDPICC experience
- Language proficiency suitable to the covered market is strongly preferred (German French and/or Dutch)
- Proven track record of supporting complex sales campaigns into strategic customers
- Experience with SaaS technology
- Solid sales foundation built through sales training and practical experience
- Passion for Vimeo and our creator community
- Ability to build relationships with potential customers understand their environment and introduce new concepts to solve problems
- Comfort with a fluid fast-paced environment and navigating matrixed organizations
- Passion for problem solving with a roll-up-your sleeves demeanor
