Werelooking foranexperienced UX Researcher wo can proactively shape research strategies and lead impactful studies that deliver actionable insights. As a core member of the Design team you will help us answer relevant user and business questions and translate them into clear evidence-based recommendations for our product organization.
What youll do:
- Plan and lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research including the development of research concepts questionnaire discussion guides and the execution of interviews usability tests as online surveys.
- Synthesizevisualizeandcomunicateresearch findings and recommendations in compelling ways tailored to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Continuously improve ways of workingby exploring and experimentingwith new tools processes and techniques for continuous personal and departmental work improvement.
- Employ heuristics voice of customer experience mapping affinity diagrams statistical analysis and other methods to triangulate users pain points and derive actionable recommendations.
- Generate strategic research insightsthat inform new product opportunities business model decisions and optimization efforts across both B2B and B2C domains.
What youll bring:
- Academic backgroundin psychology social sciences sociology media sciences communication sciencesbusinessor a comparable subject.
- Significant workexperience in user experience research.
- Proficiencyin both quantitative and qualitative research methods with the ability to choose and apply the right approach for the task at hand.
- Experience designing andfacilitatingworkshops including hypothesis generation concept development design thinking sessions and insight-sharing activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Fluency in German is required both written and spoken.
