An excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Systems Leader to join a global industrial equipment manufacturer at their Dungannon site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will lead a team responsible for manufacturing and production systems supporting operational excellence across the business.

The Role:

Lead a team to ensure data compliance and system integrity across production control
Develop and implement production schedules aligned with sales forecasts
Manage inventory spares and auxiliary orders to support manufacturing operations
Enforce a strong data-driven culture throughout the department
Develop and maintain standard work processes and train team members accordingly
Conduct root cause analysis of system errors and implement corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement to increase information accuracy and process efficiency
Build strong working relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teams

The Person:

Minimum of 3 years experience working with MRP systems
Strong knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
