TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Forklift/General Operator Associate in the Mesquite TX area! (75228)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Forklift/General Operator position is based at a client facility in Mesquite TX. The work environment is fast-paced and production-oriented requiring prolonged periods of standing walking and visual inspection. Employees may be exposed to noise moving equipment and varying temperatures typical of a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
Load unload move and stage materials and finished products
Perform general warehouse and production support duties as assigned
Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy
Follow all safety guidelines policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Solid math and reading comprehension abilities

Proven experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Ability to load unload move and stage materials and finished products accurately.
Experience performing general warehouse and production support duties.

Dependable and reliable work ethic
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Schedule: 7:00am 3:30pm

Pay: $14
