TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician in the Round Rock area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person Apartment Housing Community

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units including repairs painting and general upkeep.
Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical plumbing and appliance issues as needed.
Ensure property grounds and facilities are kept clean safe and in good condition.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report major issues to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with HVAC and make-ready skills.
Ability to diagnose and repair basic electrical plumbing and appliance issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable transportation and basic tools required.
Professional appearance and adherence to dress code:
- Work pants/jeans (no rips or tears)
- Solid-colored or company-provided work shirt
- Closed-toe slip-resistant shoes or steel-toe boots
- Safety gear (gloves goggles etc.) when required

PAY RATE
$20.00 per hour

SCHEDULE
Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
