Were seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teama collaborative multidisciplinary team providing life-changing care to individuals living with serious mental illness and substance use challenges in their own communities.

Your Role in Our Mission
As a Registered Nurse on our ACT Team youll provide direct compassionate and holistic care to clients where they live and thrive. Youll be part of a supportive team that meets daily shares insights and works together to create lasting stability for each individual served.
You will:
- Deliver essential nursing care including psychotropic medication administration and monitoring as prescribed by the team psychiatrist.
- Conduct nursing assessments and interventions while monitoring for medical issues and potential side effects.
- Collaborate with the team psychiatrist to create update and manage medication protocols policies and procedures.
- Assess and document medication effectiveness potential complications and any side effects.
- Develop personalized strategies to promote medication adherence and overall wellness.
- Contribute to individualized treatment plans and participate in daily ACT team meetings.
- Provide on-call crisis intervention services as part of a rotating schedule.
- Document all client interactions and care in the Welligent EMR system.

- Salary: $70000 $85000 annually (based on experience)

What Were Looking For
- Active unrestricted RN license to practice in North Carolina
- Experience in behavioral health or mental health preferred
- Comfort working in community-based settings
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
