About the RoleWere looking for an IT Intern to support daily EDI operations error resolution and process improvement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience working with EDI transactions ERP systems and cross-functional partners to improve order accuracy and operational Youll Do:Log track and resolve daily EDI errors and exceptionsAnalyze issues to identify root causes and opportunities for process improvementSupport the development or refinement of procedures programs or EDI maps as neededLearn and work within the ERP system to support EDI transaction flowAssist with onboarding and training of new EDI customers as time allowsHelp improve order processing efficiency by reducing manual order entry for Customer ServiceWhat Were Looking For:Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Information Systems Supply Chain Business Operations or a related fieldStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsInterest in systems data and process improvementHigh attention to detail and ability to follow structured processesOrganizational ValuesSafety Teamwork Customer Focus Ownership Initiative CreativityAt Hoffmaster our Organizational Values and strong sense of Integrity guide how we work and engage with each other every day.
