The Brokerage Service is a dynamic and professional team within Adult Social Services dedicated to arranging and commissioning care for Norfolks adults.

In this role youll play a vital part in ensuring that every care package meets the unique needs of each person. Youll use your negotiation skills and the latest technology to secure the best possible rates for the Council while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care. You will be speaking directly with service users and their families listening to their preferences and agreeing on the right placement that truly supports their wellbeing.
