Salary: up to26499 per annum

Contract/Hours:Permanent/Full Time (40 hours per week)

A day in the life of an Early Years Practitioner

Were looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team and make a difference from day one whether you already hold a Level 3 qualification or are unqualified with the right attitude and enthusiasm for early years.

• Supervise and protect our children in the safe and stimulating environment
• Lead exciting preschool activities that spark creativity and curiosity

What we need from you

While this role ideally suited to a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner we welcome applications from unqualified candidates:

• A Level 3 early years and childcare qualification (NNEB CACHE NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• A passion for continuous learning and growth Aligned with our core values and the Spring career pathway
• A deep understanding of childrens development needs (0 to 5 years)
