A bit about your role

As the Field Area Manager in Perth youll lead a diverse team to deliver safe high-quality field operations that connect customers to the nbn network. Youll foster collaboration champion safety and quality standards and drive improvements in processes tools systems documentation and work practices.

Youll provide input and recommendations to enhance safe ways of working and participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives and projects. Staying informed on industry standards and benchmarks will help you promote operational excellence while sharing knowledge and best practices with peers and delivery partners will strengthen performance across the board.

Youll also identify support the development and implement processes systems and tools that optimize cost efficiency in construction practices. Regular communication with delivery partners and field staff will be key to aligning on quality expectations and ensuring consistent high-quality outcomes.

A bit about you

You have extensive experience in telecommunications or technical fields and a proven ability to lead inclusive high-performing teams. You combine operational expertise with commercial awareness and stay curious about evolving technologies and industry trends. Your commitment to safety sustainability and collaboration ensures you deliver outcomes that make a positive impact on customers teams and communities.

Youre proactive in improving work practices sharing knowledge and building strong relationships to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.
