We are now strengthening our team with an Integration Developer with strong MuleSoft Anypoint experience who wants to work long-term with a shared integration platform and help shape how integrations are built at scale.
Why this role is interesting
This is not a project-based consulting role.
You will join our Integration Competency Center (ICC) a central team responsible for the integration platform used across HR Finance Payroll and other business-critical domains.
Here you will
- Work with core systems and long-lived integrations
- Have real influence on platform standards patterns and tooling
- Collaborate closely with Architects and Infrastructure team
- Help evolve a future-ready integration landscape
What you will do
As an Integration Developer you will:
- Design develop and operate scalable and secure integrations on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Work with API-led and event-driven integration patterns
- Take shared responsibility for platform stability monitoring and incident handling
- Collaborate with architects to continuously improve our integration standards
- Work closely with infrastructure colleagues on runtime environments and automation
- Contribute to an agile transparent team sharing responsibilities and ownership
Who you are
You enjoy working with integrations that matter and taking ownership beyond pure development.
You:
- Have solid hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Are comfortable driving integrations from concept to production
- Care about quality scalability and maintainability
- Can explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Value collaboration trust and continuous improvement
- Appreciate autonomy and responsibility rather than micromanagement
What you bring
- Experience designing and building enterprise integrations (MuleSoft APIs messaging)
- Understanding of integration patterns and distributed systems
- Interest in platform thinking and long-term ownership
- Experience with CI/CD or infrastructure-as-code (e.g. GitHub Actions Terraform) is a plus but not required
