We are seeking a mid-level analyst to assess SARs and incident reporting and support the development of protective response recommendations for DOE sites. This role serves as the principal analyst for maintaining and approving an Adaptive Protection Playbook. This position is dependent on being fully funded by the government.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Functional Area Managers to maintain and update best-practice security measures.
- Identify supplementary protective actions tailored to specific threat or incident scenarios.
- Integrate findings from incidents and after-action reports into the Adaptive Protection Playbook.
- Monitor government and industry best practices for protective response.
- Engage with the Force Protection community to remain current on emerging threats and mitigation strategies.
- Support analytic products where SARs and incidents enhance broader assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Bachelors degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- Active DOE Q or DOD TS clearance required
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Experience working with security or protection frameworks
- Ability to collaborate across functional disciplines
Location: This is a full-time onsite position in Washington DC 20024 USA. This position is dependent on being fully funded by the government.
