IHC is seeking an OB/GYN Medicine Physician in South Bend Indiana!

Meet our South Bend Team: Hours of Operation:
Monday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday - 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday - 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday - 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday (1st and 3rd) - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

IHCs robust benefits and compensation package includes:
- $5000.00 CME and 40 hours of time off for CME purposes
- $5000.00 relocation reimbursement
- Retention bonus
- Guaranteed 2.5% minimum annual salary increase
- Paid malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA)

- Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers Inc.
- Prefer working at an FQHC CHC or PCMH
