The Cash Connect Claims Analyst will direct and manage claims protection and recovery activities for Cash Connects over 30000 ATMs and Deposit Safes located in all 50 states. The incumbent will manage relationships with over 100 armored carrier offices and their headquarters staff including executive level management to ensure prompt claims resolutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide claims resolutions for all claims within the organization through the analysis investigation and evaluation of claim types and liaise with internal stakeholders and large national ATM providers/ISOs through the claim handling process; resolving customer issues answering inquiries & providing ATM and Deposit Safe expertise.
- Troubleshoot problems with confidence.
- Work diligently to provide detailed analytical reports and work to streamline the claims process to drive efficiency for our claims department and mitigate loss.
- Develop relationships with other departments couriers and customers to resolve problems.
- Independently handle daily weekly and monthly reporting on claims and communicate escalated issues as needed.
- Perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard vault reconcilement procedures or related financial areas.
- May participate and/or coordinate projects requests etc. and may be called upon to assist and train others.
- Collaborate with senior management of external client base on claims mitigation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have a minimum 2 years extensive experience in Cash Logistics and Financial Services in a management or audit capacity.
- Strong ability to think strategically and solve problems with superior decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical/strategic and logistic background is required.
- Must possess the ability to adjust and manage priorities quickly with strong multi-tasking techniques.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer software including Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience with VLookups Pivot Tables and other Formulas
- Experience with Microsoft Access and query development a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of personnel.
- Excellent verbal written presentation and interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis with senior management level audience.
- Must have the ability to prioritize work meet deadlines achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Must have a demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience.
- Strong understanding of Operational Excellence Lean principals statistics and data analysis.
- Superior root cause analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions (familiarity with FMEA Kaizen Lean tools a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage several competing demands at one time.
- Must have knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Salary Range:
$37170.00 - $61065.00
Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidates experience job-related skills relevant education geographic location and other specific business and organizational needs.
