Operations Specialist Integration Team Are you highly organised detaildriven and ready to support the delivery of exceptional integration projects Join our Integration Team as an Operations Specialist and help ensure smooth efficient and highquality project execution aligned with the CTI EDGE process. Key ResponsibilitiesTicket Oversight & Coordination- Monitor all active tickets to ensure build and mock integration prerequisites are met.
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the process.
- Coordinate with local teams to ensure each site is fully prepared for project work.
Documentation & Compliance- Verify all drawings elevations and technical documents meet EDGE and customer standards.
- Confirm all required equipment is ordered received and ready for integration.
- Maintain and update the Ticket Checklist to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
Issue Management & Communication- Work with the Office Coordinator to resolve priority issues quickly.
- Lead communication on technical matters such as equipment design and centralized resources.
- Document all equipment programming and design issues for transparency.
- Collaborate with Health & Safety to ensure all required steps and documentation are completed.
Forecasting & Project Alignment- Approve tickets strategically to support accurate forecasting and workload planning.
- Identify large-scale projects early and initiate Forecasting Huddles.
- Keep Project Managers informed of all ticket-related issues prior to approval.
Training & Development- Full training provided to ensure proficiency in CTI EDGE processes and integration best practices.
Skills & Qualifications- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication and crossfunctional collaboration abilities.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proactive problemsolver with the ability to identify issues early.
- Experience with ticketing systems and project tracking tools.
- Basic technical understanding of equipment design drawings and integration requirements.
- Familiarity with CTI EDGE processes is beneficial (training provided).
