Job Description

As an Agile Team Coach youll be at the heart of our digital transformation inspiring mentoring and empowering product teams to overcome challenges and deliver their best work. Youll help create highperforming valuedriven teams who can deliver brilliant products faster smarter and more effectively.

Youll bring energy and clarity to how teams collaborate solve problems and apply Agile principles in realworld ways that make a difference. Beyond the teams themselves you may also support the wider business in building a culture that champions continuous improvement rapid learning and highvalue delivery.

Key activities and responsibilities you will expect:

  • Provide coaching on behaviour team dynamics and agility addressing challenges appropriate to the teams maturity level.
  • Set clear team growth goals while fostering team ownership and self-organisation.
  • Convert insights into actionable solutions incorporating transparency inspection and adaptation principles.
  • Collaborate with the international Agile Team Coach community to refine competencies practices workshops trainings and tools across the organisation.
  • Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams.
  • Conduct training and workshops that meet the learning needs of the target group and the organisations goals.
  • Model exemplary behaviours for high-value delivering teams including effective feedback promoting accountability active listening and deep engagement.
  • Facilitate the implementation of feedback mechanisms that promote open communication and continual growth throughout the Postcode Lottery Group.
  • Continuously enhance your expertise and apply new knowledge innovatively.
