- Organize schedules to keep our 24/7 operation running smoothly.
- Dive into performance metrics and turn data into action.
- Train new team members so they can shine from day one.
- Follow our internal and safety protocols like a pro.
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
Completed technical or higher education.
Previous experience leading teams.
Advanced English (a must youll be working with global teams!).
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Experience in manpower planning and performance monitoring.
Additional Information :
Availability to work on-site at our Magdalena offices.
Flexibility to handle emergency cases across different shifts.
Strong organizational skills ability to work under pressure and a proactive mindset.
