Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the settlement and collection of automotive after-sales service payments
- Ensure the accuracy completeness of the bank/cash statement on a daily & monthly basis
- Review and proceed reimbursement according to company regulations
- Arrange reimbursement and payment for employees and suppliers through e-banking
- Issue VAT invoices based on sales orders and complete the express delivery of invoices
- Complete other tasks assigned by department head or leader e.g. data analysis process optimization etc.
Qualifications :
REQUIREMENTS:
- College diploma or above in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Communication skill in both Chinese and English.
- Team player who is strong in analytical thinking conflict management and influencing & impact.
