About the Role:
We are seeking aSenior Employer Onboarding Specialist to join our Pension Solutions team.This roleplays a vital role on the Pension Solutions team focusing on onboarding small employers while serving as the primary point of contact for documentation coordination procedures and customer service to ensuretimelyand seamless processes.You will also support the application and approval process for these employers as well as handle onboarding in more complex or sensitive situations.
As a customer service and client relations expert with a passion for helping people you will respond to employer queries promptly whilefacilitatingsmooth document management. Success is measured by high employer customer satisfaction.
As the Newest Member of our TeamYoull:
Developmaintainand follow documented procedures and related checkliststo onboardemployersin order tofacilitatea streamlined onboarding process with high customer satisfaction and meeting the established service standards.
Conduct basic needs analysis within the guidelines of offerings on which approach is.
Coordinate information management activities related to the completion of the standard internal governance documents within target timelines and to ensure a seamless process from all stakeholders perspectives.
Interact with the employer affinitypartnerand internal departments to ensure documentation completion and meeting deadlines with a high customer satisfaction rating.
Anticipate and mitigate delays related to documentation collection.
Respond to all queries received by the employer by providing relevantaccurateandtimelyinformation.
Complete due diligence on prospective employers including credit checks average age of members etc. anddetermineif results require management involvement.
Services the employer and/or affinity partner as the main point of contact by responding to and coordinating any information requests.
Work with Plan staff from various teams to resolve onboarding related issues.
Identifyopportunities to improve processes.
Act as a front-line service provider as responding to inquiries from various stakeholders (i.e. members employers third parties) by providing relevantaccurateandtimelyinformation via telephone and email.
To Succeed You Bring:
2to5 years of experience in the pension finance or customer service industry; strong preference for candidates with knowledge of pension terminology and the ability to understand employer/client needs related toonboarding.
A University degree College diploma or equivalent combination of training and professional experience.
Strongproficiencyin the MS Office suite with the ability to review and interpret complex internal documents thoroughly.
Sound judgment to make decisions based on situational data and escalate issues outside standard frameworks.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills to deliver multiple concurrent onboarding projects successfully.
Proficiencyin French is considered a significant asset.
