Job Summary
As a 310T Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in managing our fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and ensuring they are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards. You will lead a team of skilled technicians oversee maintenance schedules and coordinate repair and service activities to keep our equipment operating efficiently.
What youre responsible for:
- Supervise and lead a team of 310T technicians providing guidance and support in their daily tasks
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of our fleet
- Perform maintenance repair and diagnostics on a wide range of heavy machinery and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs inspections and maintenance work
- Oversee the procurement of parts and supplies required for vehicle maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical issues
- Complete repairs and replacements of faulty components adhering to safety and quality standards
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have a valid 310T license
- You have experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferably in a heavy equipment maintenance setting
- You have strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
- You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- You are proficient in computerized maintenance management systems
- You have effective communication and interpersonal skills
- You have strong organizational and time management abilities
- You must have your own set of hand tools
