UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland Colorado is seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join its high-acuity Trauma and Acute Care Surgery team as a full-time Nocturnist delivering advanced overnight surgical care in one of the Rocky Mountain regions most respected Level II trauma Description:The Nurse Practitioner will:Deliver comprehensive Trauma and Acute Care Surgery services for overnight coverage (7P7A).Perform assessments order/interprete diagnostics and develop treatment trauma and emergency general surgery patients across inpatient trauma surgeons with procedures and ongoing patient autonomously while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary all care using Epic compliance with medical staff bylaws and privileging high-quality patient safety and performance in UCHealth OAP mentorship leadership development and ongoing doing any locums or locum to permUCHealth clears names sponsorship not available (No J-1 or H-1B visas accepted)Not accepting fresh graduates (must have two (2) years of trauma surgery experience or the completion of a surgical fellowship is highly REQUIREMENTSANCCBLSBoard CertifiedDEASTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTSColoradoADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTSNurse Practitioner Certification by ANCC or AANPCB Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA or American Red Cross Unrestricted Physician Assistant license State of Colorado
