Job Summary

Infosys is seeking a SeniorCapital Markets Consultantleader in technology services and consulting. We enable clients in more than 50 countries to create and execute strategies for their digital transformation. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4years of experience with Information Technology.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston MAor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Experience as a BA with back office knowledge and experience in capital markets.
Experience in Agile development framework product lifecycle development and JIRA.
Experience in product lifecycle management and software development

PreferredQualifications:

8years of hands-on experience as a BA with back-office knowledge and experience in capital markets.
Experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions workshops interviews surveys etc.
Ability to analyze and draw succinct conclusions to present findings.
Work with back-office teams including operations settlements and accounting to gather detailed requirements.
Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and process flow diagrams that accurately capture the back offices needs.
Identify gaps between current systems/processes and desired outcomes recommending solutions to bridge these gaps.
Map out existing back office processes such as trade settlement reconciliation and reporting to identify inefficiencies.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce manual work and mitigate operational risks.
Strong Analytical and Communication skills along with Planning and Co-ordination skills.
Stakeholder management and reporting.
Project and talent management.
Experience with project management and relevant tools.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
