You An experienced Product Designer with a passion for crafting impactful and user-centric experiences in the Jobs Marketplace.
What youll do As a Product Designer youll create impactful seamless and delightful user experiences. Through research ideation and collaboration youll shape products that are integral to helping millions of people discover new job opportunities.
Location Join us in our Oslo office with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week: your choice your balance.

Who were looking for
- Experience & education: 3 years of experience in UX and digital product design supported by a portfolio that clearly shows your process and impact and relevant education at a minimum bachelors level.
- Language skills: While our company language is English your users will be Norwegian speaking. Thus this role requires you to be able to hold conversations and conduct tests in both Norwegian and English
- Proactive user-focused problem solver: You naturally identify customer pain points and address them through research-driven thoughtful design.
- Design delivery: You are great at drafting and iterating designs in Figma displaying a clear understanding of how different design choices connect to business value.
- Collaborative and adaptable: You thrive in close collaboration with PMs and developers actively seeking input to shape and finalize solutions and you excel in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
- Holistic thinker: You align user needs with long-term business goals and deliver seamless solutions.
Whats the job like
Day-to-day work & projects cooking:
- Shape customer experiences: You will be working across the jobs understanding customer needs to ensure both candidates and recruiters have the best jobs experience.
- Research and innovate: Conduct user research to gather insights and develop solutions that address customer needs.
- Enhance product excellence: Ensure our products are intuitive trustworthy and a joy to use. Create designs that align with our design system accessibility standards and UX best practices.
- Collaborate effectively: Partner with PMs developers and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Iterate and innovate: Develop solutions refine designs and ensure products deliver seamless experiences.
What does the team do
Youll spend your everyday working in one of our Jobs product teams in Oslo side by side product managers and developers to build great solutions. At the same time youll be part of the Jobs UX team. Were a close-knit group of seven designers who spar share and support each other to raise the impact of design.
Youll also connect with the wider Vend Marketplaces design community across the Nordics working together on design systems shared components and professional growth.
