Your mission

AsourSenior UI/UX Designeryouwillplay akeyrolein shapingtheuserexperienceofFinagoOffice oneofour
contributeto amodernanduser-centredproductvision andhelpensureoursolutionsmeettheneedsofNordicaccountingprofessionals.

In this role you will also contribute to improving the overall design maturity in Norwaysupportingand guiding the designers
based in Oslo. You will help align priorities foster effective collaboration and strengthen the local design culture as the team
evolves. As the role develops there is an opportunity to expand into a Design Lead or Design Manager positionin the near future
depending on your interests and as a manager or teamleadis considered a plus and we value
candidates who enjoy mentoring sparring on design decisions and contributing to the professional growth of their colleagues.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Interface Design:Createintuitiveaccessible andvisuallycoherentUIsolutionsusingourDesign Systemwhileactivelycontributingtoitsdevelopmentandevolution.

• Prototyping:Buildandrefineprototypes inFigmatoexploreideasvalidateconcepts andclearlycommunicatesolutionswithdevelopmentteams.

• User Research &Discovery:Engagewithusersandinternalexpertsto understandworkflowsneeds andpainpoints andhelpstrengthenourinsight-driven designpractices.

• DesignLeadershipin Norway:Support guide andcollaboratecloselywithdesigners in Oslo toensurealignmentquality andknowledgesharingacrossteams.
