Your Responsibilities
Liquidity Management
Plans and monitors the short-term liquidity across the Group and assures the accuracy.
Prepare cash flow report monitoring the variance vs forecasts and supporting the decision-making
Maintain and improve the Treasury Management System.
Cash financial modelling
Develop and maintain mid-term cash forecast models.
Review and understand the cash flow performance.
Cash management processes and tools
Manage the relationships with banks.
Manage means of payments and the associated tools (credit cards bank portals).
Support the deployment of the internal control framework for cash management topics .
Support the subsidiaries through training knowledge-sharing
Manage the cashpool (contracts compliance technical aspects).
Analyse the FX risks and manage FX hedging instruments.
Internal and external financing
Manage and monitor the intercompany loans.
Assure the compliance with the financing agreements (e.g covenants baskets deliverables).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with accounting and FP&A for treasury & financing topics (Budget Business Plan consolidated IFRS notes financial audits).
Support Treasury & Financing aspects of any specific project.
Your Profile
Completed degree in business administration economics or finance.
Proven hands-on experience in cash flow forecasting and cash management.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Treasury Management Systems.
Business-fluent German and English skills.
Good communication skills.
Analytical abilities.
Experience in corporate banking or in a PE-backed environment is appreciated.
This position is also open for part time.
