Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Remote Virtual Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. This role involves assisting with marketing campaigns content creation social media management and administrative marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive tech-savvy and passionate about helping businesses grow their online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning executing and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (social media email content marketing etc.).
Create edit and schedule social media posts graphics and marketing materials.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.
Assist with email marketing campaigns newsletters and CRM updates.
Track and report on marketing performance metrics using analytics tools.
Support content creation including blog posts graphics videos and promotional materials.
Manage digital assets and marketing calendars.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve campaigns.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in marketing digital marketing or related roles.
Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter TikTok etc.).
Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva Mailchimp HubSpot or Google Analytics.
Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred but not required.
