Nielsen Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Managerto lead and drive performance within our sales department. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels in coaching teams managing processes and delivering strong sales results in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage train and motivate the sales team to achieve volume and gross goals
- Desk deals structure transactions and assist in closing customers
- Ensure consistent execution of dealership sales processes
- Monitor and analyze daily weekly and monthly performance metrics
- Work closely with BDC F&I and senior management to maximize profitability
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager required
- Strong leadership coaching and communication skills
- Ability to analyze reports and manage KPIs
- Customer-focused with a proven closing ability
- Professional demeanor and high ethical standards
- Experience in high-volume or multi-brand dealerships preferred
