Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the establishment and maturation of a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise testing strategy governance and execution within complex technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design establish and operationalize a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Define testing standards methodologies frameworks and best practices
- Provide strategic oversight across functional automation and non-functional testing streams
- Mentor testing leads and senior testers across projects
- Ensure alignment of testing practices with business and regulatory requirements
- Engage with senior stakeholders to drive testing maturity and quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 20 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Proven experience setting up and running a Testing CoE
- Strong leadership governance and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
Preferred Experience
- Banking or financial services domain experience
- ALM / test management tools exposure (including ALM Octane)
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
Oracle
- ServiceNow
- Temenos T24
- Murex
- Finastra
