• Certifications in food safety and sanitation such as ServSafe or Safe Food Handling and alcohol training.
• Highschool or GED equivalent.
• Physical Stamina and Endurance-ability to stand for long periods lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks in a hot and demanding kitchen environment

• Bartenders should have prior experience working as bartenders in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• They should have a strong understanding of front-of-house operations including customer service techniques order taking and making cocktails.
