Where We Need You:
The Senior Consultant will support the delivery of data analytics and technology-enabled transformation initiatives across Risk Compliance and Financial Services. This is a hands-on role focused on execution requiring strong technical skills analytical problem-solving and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.
What You Can Expect:
Deliverdata transformation migration reconciliation and modelingsolutions across complex client environments
Build andmaintainanalytical workflowsusing Python R/RStudio SQL and related tools
Design and developPower BIdashboards using Power Query (M) DAX Power Pivot and time-intelligence logic
Developworkflow automationusing Microsoft Power Automate to streamline data and reporting processes
Applystatistical analysis andmodelingtechniques(e.g. regression clustering correlation) to support risk compliance and operational use cases
Supportdata strategy governance and metadata managementinitiatives
Contribute to the application ofMachine Learning Generative AI and automationwithin analytics and operational workflows
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support project planning execution and delivery activities in a consulting environment
Do Your Talents Include the Following
Strong experience withPython and/or R (RStudio)for data analysis andmodeling
Experience withMicrosoft Power Platform including:
Power BI (Power Query DAX datamodeling)
Power Automate (workflow automation integrations)
ProficiencyinSQLand relational databases (Oracle a plus)
Experience withdatamodeling data quality and reconciliationtechniques
Familiarity withBusiness Intelligence and dashboard designbest practices
Experience applyingadvanced analytics or statistical methodsto real-world datasets
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
The following experience would be beneficial but not essential
Experience inFinancial Services Risk Compliance or regulated environments
Exposure tomodel development validation or monitoring
Familiarity withdata governance and lineage concepts

Remunerationand Benefits
Starting salaries are competitive and arebased on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in thesalaryrange is dependent upon experienceskillsand geographic work location.
