The Job
As Program Director you will lead Logpoints European Defense and Government segment with a specific starting point in the Danish Defense. This role sits at the intersection of business government and technology and plays a critical role in safeguarding Europes digital future. You will be responsible for turning strategy into action by driving defense engagement strengthening collaboration with European stakeholders and delivering measurable results across defense initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Represent Logpoint in dialogues with Danish and local authorities embassies and defense organizations
- Lead the execution of existing defense contracts ensuring alignment with political and regulatory frameworks
- Own and drive Logpoints defense segment including the Danish Defense and broader European opportunities
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with local and international stakeholders
- Translate strategic opportunities into pilots and structured programs with clear deliverables and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to feed operational insights back into Logpoints solutions
- Maintain a strong diplomatic and commercial interface to ensure Logpoint remains a trusted partner
- Identify and coordinate funding reporting and communication with external institutions including EU and Danish agencies
- Prepare executive briefings and updates for senior leadership including the CEO and CRO
- Drive business development to identify new defense and governmental opportunities across Europe

- Strategic commercially minded and execution-oriented approach
- High cultural intelligence with the ability to navigate complex political and organizational environments
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Collaborative and impact-focused way of working
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of international partnerships defense collaboration or government relations
- Ability to drive complex sales processes within governmental entities and or the defense industry
- Solid program management experience including cross-border coordination
- Familiarity with cybersecurity digital resilience or innovation partnerships
- Ability to translate technical and policy concepts into actionable business initiatives
- Extensive experience selling to government and defense sectors and managing international programs
- Proven track record of leading cross-border teams programs and senior stakeholder engagement
- Experience in cybersecurity or international business development is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Danish
- Willingness to travel between Denmark Ukraine and EU capitals
