This role is responsible for managing and filling staff absences using the Red Rover absence management system. The sub coordinator works collaboratively with building principals and school staff to ensure that absences are handled efficiently confidentially and in a timely manner. Currently serving the following schools:Ludlow Elementary Mt. Holly Elementary Cavendish Town Elementary Chester-Andover Elementary Green Mountain Unified High Position DetailsTerm: School YearCompensation: $5000 stipend prorated for the current school yearBenefits: This is a non-benefit positionResponsibilities:Manually manage and monitor staff absences using the Red Rover systemFill absences with qualified substitutes across all district schoolsUtilize Red Rovers automated features including process automation and text message notifications to ensure absences are filled whenever possibleCommunicate and collaborate regularly with building principals and school staffMaintain accurate records related to substitute coverageEnsure all information related to staff absences is handled in accordance with confidentiality requirementsProvide annual training to new staff on how to use Red Rover create absences track and log time etc.
