Job Summary
About the RoleWere looking for a Talent Attraction Intern to support recruiting operations and talent acquisition processes. This internship provides hands-on project-based experience supporting the full hiring lifecycle including job postings candidate tracking onboarding coordination and recruiting documentation. The role plays an important part in improving process consistency efficiency and compliance across Talent Youll Do:Assist with the development posting and maintenance of job advertisementsSupport candidate sourcing tracking and data accuracy within recruiting systemsProvide administrative and coordination support throughout the hiring lifecycle including onboarding activitiesMaintain accurate recruiting documentation and data management processesAssist with documenting recruiting-related policies procedures and workflowsSupport process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency consistency and compliance within Talent AttractionWhat Were Looking For:Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Communications or a related fieldStrong organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working with data systems and documentationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teamsOrganizational ValuesSafety Teamwork Customer Focus Ownership Initiative CreativityAt Hoffmaster our Organizational Values and strong sense of Integrity guide how we work and engage with each other every day.
