Job Summary
As an Associate within the Global Mobility team you will be responsible for driving automation and process improvement initiatives across the function. You will manage and report on a portfolio of projects. You will be involved in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders organizing meetings and facilitating communication between teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
Job responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of project activities timelines and deliverables across a portfolio of projects.
- Prepare status reports dashboards and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain and update project documentation including scorecards plans risk logs issue trackers and meeting minutes.
- Help organize lead and schedule meetings and process mapping sessions including preparing agendas and capturing action items.
- Monitor progress and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Facilitate communication between core teams stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Assist with resource allocation budget tracking and financial reporting for initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with standards methodologies and governance frameworks.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
- Strong technology & digital skills with process improvement mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
- College / University Degree
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience in financial services or a large corporate environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Certification in project management (e.g. CAPM PMP) is a plus.
