- Drive pre-launch and launch activities for new oncology and hematology products leading medical initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide evidence-based support to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and internal teams during product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in oncology and hematology.
- Collaborate with marketing sales regulatory and market access teams in a cross-functional organizational structure.
- Participate in advisory boards medical conferences and round table discussions representing the company and its portfolio.
- Develop and execute medical education strategies that empower HCPs and enhance the understanding of therapeutic advancements.
Requirements:
- Medical or Pharma degree.
- Proven experience in medical affairs preferably in oncology or hematology.
- Strong analytical and scientific networking skills.
- A patient-focused mindset and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian.
