Job Description:

Reporting to the Paid Social Senior Manager you will be part of our Paid Media Capability and contribute to the activation of social media campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
You are someone curious about social media and digital advertising who wants to learn how brands use paid platforms to drive awareness engagement and performance. You will progressively gain hands-on experience in paid social activation optimisation and reporting with strong support from the team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Support the daily management of paid media campaigns across social platforms such as Instagram Facebook TikTok and Pinterest.

• Assist in campaign setup monitoring and basic optimisations in line with performance and budget objectives.

• Help identify areas of improvement in campaign structures creatives or targeting.

• Contribute to campaign audits checks and validation processes.

• Produce and update performance reports for internal teams and clients.

• Work closely with Client Management and Paid Media teams to support smooth campaign delivery and shadow client meetings.

Qualification:

• You are looking for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship or professionalisation contract

• You have a strong interest in social media digital marketing and online advertising.

• You have had a first exposure to social media or digital marketing for example through:

  • Community management

  • Content creation

  • Paid media (search display social or other)

  • An internship apprenticeship or personal projects

• You are comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and enjoy making sense of numbers.

• Youre good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.

• You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.

• Youll love getting to know your clients developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business
