About the Role
Were looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the Director Product youllbedriving strategy discovery and delivery across key domains such as clinical culinary and procurement outcomes.
What Youll Do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned domain area ensuring alignment with strategicobjectivesand resource constraints
- Conduct deep customer discovery market research and competitive analysis.
- Define product requirements success metrics and business outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product Owners UX Engineering Sales CX and SMEs.
- Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and product priorities.
- Leadgo to marketreadiness and collaborate with Marketing and Sales enablement.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle design thinking androadmapping/prioritization tools (e.g. value vs. effort this-or-that analysis).
What You Bring
- 37 years in product management ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech.
- A strong educational background in Computer Science or Business Administration is valued but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management we want to hear from you.
- Strong analytical strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Experienceoperatingin multiproductfast-growingenvironments.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering design product and customer-facing team
- Detail-oriented able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)
Compensation: $80000$120000 USD per year
This role requires working onsite in our Dallas office two days per week.
